White StoneManagement Request an assessment
Consulting for small & medium-sized business

We measure how your business actually runs, then tell you what to change.

White Stone Management works on operational efficiency and strategic planning. Every engagement starts with an assessment of your operation as it stands today and ends with a ranked set of recommendations your team can act on.

AWhat we do

Three areas of work, usually taken together.

Operational efficiency

Where the cost is hiding

We map how work moves through your business — handoffs, approvals, rework, waiting time — and put a number against the places it stalls. Most operations lose more to sequencing than to headcount.

Strategic planning

A plan with the tradeoffs written down

Priorities for the next twelve to thirty-six months, built on your own figures rather than a template. We say plainly what each choice costs you elsewhere, so the plan survives contact with a normal quarter.

Industry context

Measured against your sector

A margin, a cycle time, or a staffing ratio only means something next to the norms of your industry. Recommendations are graded against how businesses like yours actually operate, including the regulation you work under.

BHow an engagement runs

Four stages, in order, with a deliverable at each one.

01

Assessment

Weeks 1–3

Time on site and time in your data. We talk to the people doing the work, not only the people managing it, and we look at the numbers you already keep rather than asking you to build new ones.

02

Findings

Week 4

A written account of what we found, ranked by what it costs you. No recommendations yet — first we agree on the picture, including the parts that are working and should be left alone.

03

Recommendations

Weeks 5–6

A sequenced plan. Each item carries an owner, an effort estimate, and what it depends on, so your team can start on Monday without a second round of interpretation.

04

Follow-through

30 / 60 / 90 days

We check back on the schedule you choose, adjust where reality has moved, and hand over cleanly. The goal is that you stop needing us.

CWho we work with

You're likely a fit if one of these sounds familiar.

  • The business grew faster than the processes holding it together.
  • Margins slipped and the cause isn't obvious from the reports you have.
  • Two departments each believe the other is the bottleneck.
  • You have a plan for next year but no way to sequence it against day-to-day demand.
  • A key person carries knowledge that exists nowhere else.

Typical client. Owner-led or family-held businesses, roughly 10 to 250 employees, in operating industries — manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional services, healthcare groups, and skilled trades.

How we charge. Fixed fee for the assessment, quoted before we start. You see the scope and the number in writing, and nothing changes without your sign-off.
